Analytics leader who
speaks business

I'm Avinash Dudani — a strategic Data Analytics Manager who builds teams that tell stories with data. I deliver sustainable, scalable analytical solutions that enable data-driven decision-making, improve the P&L, and strengthen customer engagement.

I manage analytical portfolios end to end using agile frameworks — partnering with executives and stakeholders to translate long-term vision into a prioritised roadmap, then optimising the processes and projects that deliver it. My work spans retail strategy, forecasting, P&L management and change management, underpinned by data governance, ingestion, orchestration, quality assurance and dimensional modelling.

Technically, I work across the Microsoft Fabric and Power BI stack — DAX, Power Query (M), T-SQL, Python and PySpark, Data Factory — and increasingly build agentic, decision-support solutions with Copilot Studio, Power Automate and the wider Power Platform, so insight triggers action instead of waiting to be noticed.
